(Senior) Human Resources Specialist
1. HR Payroll: Execute payroll and tax operations, administering insurance and statutory deductions in accordance with company policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. HR Systems Management (Workday): Maintain HR system data and manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding and offboarding), generate HR reports, and support HR systems and AI-related initiatives.
3. Compensation & Benefits: Execute compensation and benefits operations and support the annual compensation cycle, including salary review processes, ensuring data accuracy and program implementation.
4. Employee Services, Wellbeing & Recognition: Act as the first-line HR service contact to provide employee support and enquiries, and coordinate employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
5. HR Compliance and Policy Execution: Support HR compliance processes and internal policy updates in response to regulatory changes, ensuring effective and sustained implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in Human Resources, HR Operations or Employee Services-related roles.
• Strong understanding of process-driven HR operations and shared service delivery.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately with systems and data.
• Service-oriented mindset with effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or other HRIS is preferred.
